Punk shows are physical and they're loud. Pits happen, people crowd surf, and you can get hurt. You come at your own risk, and you agree not to sue us, the venue, the bands, or our partners over it.
If you're under 18, a parent or guardian has to agree for you. We film every show and you might be in it. Be decent to people or you're out, and there's no refund for that.
The full terms are below. They apply to every 707 Punk event.
These terms apply to everyone who buys a ticket to, or enters, a 707 Punk event. “707 Punk” means QforQ Community LLC, doing business as 707 Punk.
By purchasing a ticket or entering the venue, you agree to everything on this page. If you're buying tickets for other people, you're confirming you have their agreement too.
Live punk, hardcore, ska, and alternative shows involve real physical risk. That includes, but isn't limited to:
You voluntarily accept all of these risks, known and unknown, for yourself and for any minor you bring or are responsible for.
To the fullest extent allowed by California law, you release and agree not to sue the following people and organizations (together, the “Released Parties”) for any injury, illness, death, property loss, or property damage arising out of your attendance at a 707 Punk event:
This release covers claims based on ordinary negligence. It does not release gross negligence, recklessness, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot legally be released under California law.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any claim, damage, loss, or expense — including reasonable attorney's fees — arising out of your own actions at the event, including injury or damage you cause to another person, to the venue, or to anyone's equipment.
707 Punk events are co-produced with independent partners — venues, collectives, promoters, artists, and contractors — each running their own business. No partner is responsible for the acts, omissions, or conduct of another, and nothing at a 707 Punk event creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between them.
Each of the Released Parties listed above is an intended third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them directly.
Most 707 Punk shows are all-ages. That's a deliberate choice, and we want younger people at these shows.
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must read and accept these terms on your behalf before you attend. If a parent or guardian buys your ticket, their acceptance at checkout covers you. If you're coming without a parent or guardian present, bring a completed guardian acknowledgment, or have your parent or guardian speak with the person at the door.
A parent or guardian accepting these terms does so on their own behalf and on behalf of their minor, including the release in Section 03 and the indemnity in Section 04.
Our house rules are posted at 707punk.com/rules and at the door. The short version: be respectful, no racism, sexism, homophobia, or transphobia, no violence or threats, look out for each other, respect the space.
Everyone is welcome here — including LGBTQ+ attendees, artists, and crew. Harassment of any kind gets you removed.
We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose conduct is unsafe, harassing, or disruptive, or who violates these terms or venue rules. Removal is at our sole discretion and does not come with a refund.
Many 707 Punk shows are alcohol-free. At those events, no alcohol or illegal drugs are permitted on the premises. No outside alcohol is permitted at any event.
At venues that serve alcohol under their own license, alcohol may only be purchased and consumed by guests 21 or older who have been wristbanded at the door, in the areas the venue designates. Providing alcohol to a minor will get you removed and may be reported. We may refuse service or entry to anyone who appears impaired.
We and the venue may inspect bags and refuse entry for safety reasons. No weapons, no fireworks, no glass containers, no outside alcohol or drugs. Professional cameras, recording rigs, and drones require advance permission. Re-entry policy is set per show and announced at the door.
707 Punk events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to being recorded and to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in photos, video, livestreams, and promotional material, in any medium, without compensation or further approval.
If you don't want to appear in footage, talk to us at the door and we'll do what we reasonably can.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Don't leave anything valuable unattended.
If you are injured or become ill and cannot consent, you authorize event staff to arrange emergency medical care at your own expense. We don't provide on-site medical care and are not responsible for the acts of any emergency responder.
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and may not be resold above face value.
Lineups change. Bands cancel, drop off, get added, and set times shift. A change to the lineup, set times, door time, or running order is not grounds for a refund.
If we cancel a show outright, we'll refund the ticket price paid to 707 Punk — ticketing platform and payment processing fees may not be refundable. If a show is postponed or moved, your ticket will be honored at the rescheduled date; if you can't make it, contact us and we'll work it out. Our maximum liability to you for any claim relating to a ticket is the amount you paid for that ticket.
We only guarantee tickets purchased through our official ticketing page or at the door. Tickets bought from resellers or third parties may be invalid, and we can't help you if they are.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Solano County, California.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
We may update these terms. The version posted here at the time of your event is the version that applies.

I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor named below. I have read the 707 Punk Ticket Terms & Assumption of Risk on this page. I understand that live punk shows involve risk of physical injury, including from moshing, crowd surfing, crowd movement, and loud volume. I accept these terms on my own behalf and on behalf of my minor, including the release of liability and the indemnity, and I consent to my minor being photographed and filmed at the event.
None of this changes what these shows are for. We want a room where everybody gets home safe, the bands get paid, and Vallejo gets the shows it deserves. The legal part just makes sure we can keep doing it.
